My friends Angie, Sarah, and I surprised the kids with a short trip to the beach in late September. They had Friday off from school. We picked them up Thursday, with the vehicle already loaded, and headed to Orange Beach.

The second day was rainy, so we went to the naval museum in Pensacola. Lots to climb on!
